As co-owner and principal consultant specializing in Emergency and Disaster Management, Amber leverages her extensive expertise as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) with over 15 years of experience. She offers comprehensive consultation services across healthcare, private, public, and non-profit sectors. Amber’s nationwide consulting includes developing Emergency and Disaster Operations Plans, comprehensive program development, Exercise and Training initiatives, and conducting Risk Analysis and After Action Reporting. She designs tailored disaster management programs that address all phases of mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery, and excels in risk analysis, planning, training, exercise development, and conduct. Her portfolio features skillfully managing responses to health crises like COVID-19 and Ebola, natural disasters such as Hurricane Harvey and Winter Storm Uri, and significant technological events including the Houston Water Main Break and the West Houston Chemical Explosion.

As co-owner and principal consultant focusing on Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Sustainability, Charlie brings over 15 years of experience in developing, managing, and implementing EHS programs across diverse industries, including oil and gas, healthcare systems, manufacturing, and commercial real estate. With expertise in forecasting EHS and sustainability trends, Charlie designs comprehensive safety programs underpinned by rigorous industry research and data analysis. Charlie’s core competencies include Environmental Management, Strategic Planning, Developing Operational Processes, Quality Assurance, ESG, Data Research and Analysis, Team Development, and more.
